How much is the storage limit that Zephyr Squad Cloud has?

There is no limit for the storage.

If the attachment of the executions count towards the storage limit?

There is no limit for the attachment storage as well.

How to create support tickets?

You can easily create support tickets using SmartAssist. SmartAssist is a virtual assistant designed to help customers:

  • Find answers more quickly

  • Discover relevant help articles

  • Submit support tickets with the appropriate details when additional assistance is required

Starting February 2, 2026, support tickets will be submitted through SmartAssist instead of the current web form. The ability to contact Support remains unchanged, but the experience will be more streamlined and guided. How much is the maximum that can be attached as evidence?

As an individual file, Zephyr Squad allows maximum of 10mb to be uploaded as an attachment.

Note

  • Copying Zephyr Squad Cloud data from production to the Premium Sandbox is not supported, as third-party apps and their data is excluded. Only Jira Cloud data will be copied from production to the Premium Sandbox.

  • Backing up Zephyr Squad Cloud data from production and restoring it in the Sandbox environment is also not supported.
